Matsys-TR send the signals and triggers directly to our distribution server. Our distribution server updates the web pages and generates an email which is sent to the email server of our hosting service. Set your email program to check for email every minute. If a signal has arrived, you will get it in an average of 10 seconds. If this sounds complicated, just know that it is fast.
